Young US Man Caught Raping Minor on Hot PlayStation Mic

A video game player has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl after he was allegedly overheard committing the act through his PlayStation 4 console. This deputy affidavit alleges that Fabian had told other online players, through voice chat, that he was stepping away to "smash" (a slang term for sexual activity) with someone, and that this person was 15 years old. It's not clear whether the other gamer on the Playstation network was the one who reported Fabian to police, WFLA reports.

When Fabian was finished, he returned to play the video game with the other online gamer.

During that time, the witness stated the defendant's microphone was still on and he heard the victim moan and groan. After the incident the girl completed a sexual assault victim examination, which supported her allegation. He's being held without bail.
