If you see a stylus they BLEW it – Steve Jobs. REMEMBER Apple?

Yesterday Apple announced a special event for March 25 (26 here in Australia) with the tagline "It's Show Time".

The screen adds over half a million titchy tiny pixels over its 9.7-inch iPad stablemate (Apple claims it is almost 20 per cent larger).

The iPad Mini has the same 7.9-inch, 2048x1536 screen it's always had, but has been updated with Apple Pencil support and wide-colour P3 gamut, plus True Tone again.

The 7.9-inch iPad mini has numerous same features as the iPad Air including the same chip, and a 2,048 x 1,536 display.

Man Hailed for Chasing Away New Zealand Mosque Attacker, Saving Dozens
When he realised the mosque was being attacked, he ran towards the gunman, picking up a credit card machine as a makeshift weapon. But he drove away and Mr Aziz said he chased the auto down the street to a red light, before it made a U-turn and sped away.

The new iPad mini and iPad Air are offered in 64GB and 256GB configurations, and come in silver, space gray and gold finishes. The updated iPad Pro models launched several months ago brought new designs and numerous features from the company's new iPhones.

Rumour has it that streaming and subscription services will be at the front and centre of next week and we wonder whether that's actually exciting enough to warrant not holding the new iPads until then.

The 10.5-inch iPad Air includes the A12 Bionic chip with Apple's Neural Engine, a Retina display with True Tone, and Apple Pencil support. On the low end, the entry-level iPad remains $329, but moving up from there you can get a modern iPad mini or iPad Air for $399 and $499, respectively, before making the leap to the $799 and up iPad Pros.

Apple Inc debuted a new mid-tier iPad with a larger screen and introduced the first iPad mini update since 2015. Apple is also planning a new iPad mini, new AirPods and Apple Watches, multiple new Macs, including a revamp to the Mac Pro, and three new iPhones for this year, Bloomberg News has reported. The return of the "Air" moniker (no number this time) is an interesting twist for Apple, as it establishes a new mid-range line of devices in the company's tablet lineup.

Jimenez, Jota slay United as Wolves reach FA Cup semis
With an worldwide break meaning it will be two weeks before he gets his players back for a tricky Premier League clash vs.

The 10.5-inch iPad Air starts at RRP $779 inc. The new iPads are available to order starting today and in stores next week. Apple says the iPad Air's battery will get you up to 10 hours of usage on Wi-Fi or up to nine hours of use on cellular.

Including this hardware on the new iPad mini would have driven up costs for Apple, and, subsequently, the price of the new iPad for customers.

It starts at £479 with 64GB of storage, or there's a 256GB option for £629. It is unclear to me as to what market Apple is trying to target with the new iPad Air and how a $399 iPad mini with a 7.9-inch display makes sense in this day and age.
